About Photos in the Rain

Welcome to Photos in the Rain, a little corner of the web where you’ll get exactly what it says on the tin – a selection of Photos in the Rain and not much more. At any given time there will be between 50 and 100 shots on Photos in the Rain from all round the world and every now and then we’ll rotate a few of ‘em, to keep the content fresh.

Navigating and Image Size

Click on the previous and next thumbnails and work your way through the gallery or choose the shots that interest you directly from the home page. Either way, just keep in mind download times. We’ve purposely kept the quality of the photos high and along with their size, this may cause delays in loading, depending on your Internet connection speed.

Slow Connection Speed?

For those with slow connection speeds who’d still like to enjoy what Photos in the Rain has to offer, please take a look at observations of an unimportant man and Photograph London where most of these, (and thousands of other photos) are on display in a much smaller, user-friendly format.

Promote Your Site

If you’re looking to promote your site with Photos in the Rain or any of our suite of sites, please take a look at our promotion options or get in touch to tell us what you had in mind.

The Photos

The photos here have all been taken by Paul Dodson and most have appeared on either observations of an unimportant man, Photograph London, Photos by Streetlight, just BIG photos or 2camels. Some have made it into print, others have been showcased on the web, but all have at least a little significance to me. I hope you’ll enjoy them too. I love to get your feedback, so please feel free to drop me an email if you’d care to comment on Photos in the Rain and if you’re looking to own your own, Photos in the Rain image, then please let us know.

Web Site Owners

We’d love a link to Photos in the Rain from your site but unfortunately we can’t reciprocate – there just ain’t no web directory here! We believe the web is not about reciprocal linking at any rate and if site owners concentrated on linking to sites they consider quality rather than looking to boost their rankings, the online world would be a much happier, friendlier place. If you do decide to include a link to Photos in the Rain on your own site, by all means tell us about it and if we like what we see, then you may just get a link back from a whole range of other sites we run – 2camels, An Aussie in London, Photograph London and observations of an unimportant man to mention but a few – in return. Give a little out and you may get a whole lot back.
